Founder and principal of Property Solutions, Deborah has been appraising commercial property in the Carolinas since 1982 and is one of the first female commercial appraisers in SC. In her 40 years in the industry, she has appraised many of “the tough ones”, including analyzing the impact of recognized environmental conditions on property value, the valuation of “air rights”, or the space above the land or building, historic properties, conservation easements, as well as complex and unusual properties. She has developed seminars, has authored articles for professional appraisal publications, and has acted as a reviewer and advisor for professional appraisal publications. Deborah has represented appraisers' interests in the government relations arena in Washington, DC and Columbia, SC since 1994 and organized meetings to form an appraisal coalition in South Carolina in 1994-1995. Deborah is also a founding member of CREW Midlands. She organized the first WomenBuild Habitat House in SC and was nominated in 2001 for the SC Woman of Achievement award.

As Deborah's daughter, Jessica grew up going on site visits and learning about commercial real estate. After graduating from Winthrop University in 2008, she became the office manager at Property Solutions and quickly realized how much she loved the industry. She apprenticed under Deborah, obtained her Commercial General license, and is now licensed in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. As a huge animal lover, Jessica's favorite property types to appraise are special purpose properties such as veterinary facilities and kennels. She currently lives in Cayce with her husband, daughter, cat, and a rotating crew of foster cats and dogs from local rescue groups.

Lewis A. Brunson, MAI began his career in real estate in 2002, and has been a commercial appraiser with Property Solutions, LLC since 2010. He prepares commercial appraisals of most property types including retail, office, industrial, health care, multi-family, special purpose, assembly/meeting place and rural properties. He is licensed in SC, NC and GA, and is proficient in Argus in addition to Microsoft Office applications and CoStar. Lewis thoroughly enjoys his career as a real estate appraiser because of the analytical nature of the work and the constant variety of work assignments. Some of his more challenging appraisals have been of proposed apartments, shopping centers, mobile home parks, land appraisals, and equine facilities. He has particularly enjoyed becoming knowledgeable of the different counties and regions where he has worked and the how the nuances of local economic conditions can affect supply and demand for real estate. Lewis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance (USC ’82) and an MBA (USC ’89) and completed the requirements for the MAI designation in the fall of 2018.

Robin Biro has been with Property Solutions since 1998, first as a licensed appraiser and salesman, and now as a consultant. A combat veteran Army Ranger, Robin studied at Newberry College and the University of South Carolina and brings to the table extensive experience in all facets of commercial real estate, particularly regarding analysis of highest and best use, redevelopment, adaptive reuse, as well as feasibility studies. Robin resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with his two children and assists with properties located in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia.
